My initial concern was handled quickly, compassionately (to me and my dog), and with consideration to my budget. The first vet I saw (can't recall her name), Dr Sran and the techs work with me to prioritize testing and treatment for each dog, without judgment. As a result I now use TLAH as my primary vet for both dogs. Dr Sran reaches out often to check on wound healing, response to treatment, with test results, and is easily reachable for clarification and to answer questions or concerns I didn't think of in the appointment. Tech staff have made visits easier on both dogs by using food rewards for handling. This is huge to me as it significantly reduces fear. I know my dogs are handled humanely when they're out of sight because If I'm walking my younger dog solo, she heads straight to the clinic despite her many visits for surgery and wound checks. When I've booked the wrong type of appointment (tech vs vet) staff have helped me rectify my error and get the support I need. There's been a few admin errors in communication by email. When brought to their attention it was rectified quickly. These errors had no effect on the care my dogs received.
