EMERGENCY AND URGENT CARE

Please call us at (604) 559-1800 if you have an emergency, and we will do our best to help you through this frightening and stressful time. Emergencies can be a terrible experience for pets and pet owners, so we promise to communicate with you and make the process less stressful.

For emergencies occurring after hours, please go to your nearest emergency vet hospital.

Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our staff will work to accommodate you in between scheduled appointments.
